    Daca modul e de competitive: cauta in cfg/gamemode_competitive.cfg unde ai sv_allow_votes 1 pune sv_allow_votes 0
    Daca modul e de casual: cauta in cfg/gamemode_casual.cfg unde ai sv_allow_votes 1 pune sv_allow_votes 0

    + verifica si in server.cfg sa ai tot la fel, dac nu ai pune tu in server.cfg sv_allow_votes 0
