A Problem While Playing Counter-Strike!

Hello friends, recently I have had a problem with my computer while playing 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive'. While playing this game CPU performance rises up to 80% , although all programs are closed during playing the game.

So friends I did some online research and came across these posts. This post discussed the problem in detail and provided the necessary solutions. I have disconnected hardware, updated the device driver as mentioned the article. But still, CPU performance increases. But this article suggested updating BIOS. I did not apply this solution, because BIOS update can reset some settings. So if I update BIOS, will I need to reset all settings of my computer. Can anyone guide me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
