compLexity are through to the semi-finals at DreamHack Open Atlanta after beating eUnited 22-19 in Group A's winners' match.

The North American clash began with a great round from Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker, who picked up a triple-kill in the pistol round to help compLexity to retake the A site. The FACEIT Major quarter-finalists had no time to celebrate, though, as eUnited hit back on a force-buy, setting themselves up for a 3-1 lead.

After getting their economy back on track, compLexity put together a string of rounds, but all of a sudden Kaleb "moose" Jayne ran amok, pulling off several multi-kills to put eUnited back in the lead. Pujan "FNS" Mehta looked on course for a comfortable first half, but then a successful B eco stack from compLexity turned the game around.

The first overtime could not determine a winner as both teams won two rounds on the offensive side, but then compLexity put the game to bed thanks to a perfect 3-0 CT half, assuring themselves of the top spot in Group A and sealing passage to the semi-finals.
